Shipping & Returns

Local orders
Please allow 2-5 working days for local shipping from the time that your order has been processed, and once payment has been made in full, and 7-10 days if any alterations/sizing is necessary.
Although we will try to insure that your purchase/s is sent in the allocated time frames, there may be occasional exceptions that are out of our control. For this reason it is not always possible to guarantee the above time-frame.
International orders
Your parcel/s will be sent using one of our preferred courier services which includes but is not limited to DHL, FedEx, RAM, & Brinks. The item/s will leave S.A. within the time-frames listed above; however the total shipping time is dependent on DHL and your local customs (where required).
Customs and Imports
The buyer is responsible for customs fees and/or duties, permits, or any other requirements that may be incurred locally.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I provide a PO Box address for delivery?
We unfortunately do not accept PO Box address for deliveries. We require a physical address for all deliveries (This is a requirement of our selected courier provider).



Standard terms

To qualify for an exchange, you’ll need to begin the return process within 14 (fourteen) days of the item being delivered. Please send an email to explaining your intention to return the item/s for exchange as well as the reason for the return.
The item/s must be returned within one week (7 days) of giving us notice of your intent to do so. The item/s must be returned in its original condition without any damage or wear and tear, and with all accompanying documents and packaging.

PEPPA ROK covers shipping costs for the initial delivery, however you will be liable for shipping costs for returning any items.

In the unlikely event that the item is materially defective or differs from the item ordered, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note: Our salt and pepper diamonds are imperfect in nature; we therefore will not accept refunds based on this kind of nature.

If you return your order and exchange it for another item, the second item will be non-returnable (unless the reason for returning is a manufacturing fault or incorrect item sent or as per stated above due to imperfections).

Non-refundable items

While our ready-to-wear pieces are subject to the standard returns policy, special bespoke designs are, unfortunately, not eligible for return, and are not refundable.

Item for exchange

If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will do so with pleasure. Please note that the item/s that you are exchanging for must be of similar value. We ask that you kindly cover the shipping charge when returning the item.

How to prepare a return

Email within 14 (fourteen) days of the item being delivered.
Packaging: Please include all the original packaging, certificates, and any additional items provided in the original delivery.

Please note: PEPPA ROK will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the process of you sending the item back for exchange. Kindly make sure to use a reputable courier service and take out insurance on the parcel being sent.
